Frequently asked questions
How do I get from CDG to Disneyland?
Three options: the RER B with a change at Châtelet, the Magical Shuttle bus, or a private transfer. The RER is cheapest but takes over 90 minutes with a change and stairs. A private transfer takes around 45 minutes door to door, for a fixed €80 for up to three people.
Is there a direct train from CDG to Disneyland?
The TGV between CDG and Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy runs a limited number of services a day and must be booked in advance. It is not a practical option for most arrival times.
Can you take us to a Disney hotel?
Yes — any Disney hotel, partner hotel or address in Val d’Europe and Chessy.
Do you wait if we’re late leaving the park?
For departures we agree a pickup time in advance and include 15 minutes of free waiting. If you know you’ll be late, message the driver directly and we’ll do our best to wait.
Can we book a round trip?
Yes, and it costs less than two separate transfers. Round trip prices are on the price list.
